In August 2019 I went on a family holiday to Lisbon and Porto. I had bought specifically for this trip a collection of Winsor and Newton's Pigment Markers. They were a challenge to learn how best to use. I feel at first I tried drawing too much with them, so I experimented more with expressive marks to show colour rather than accurate form.
With these drawings I created a hand made book to display them in. I used a French link stitch for the spine. The lovely materials were bought from Shepherds Bookbinding store in London, and the endpaper for the cover came from ScrollandScribe on Etsy.
